WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE AND HOW IS IT USED?

We collect information about our users in three ways: directly from the user, from our Web server logs and through cookies. We also may use 3rd party remarketing services like Perfect Audience to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. This allows us to stay visible to previous visitors who may or may not have completed a task on our site, for example asking a question, requesting a consultation or calling us. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and the privacy policies of other services we may employ.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin or visiting http://www.google.com/settings/ads

On Facebook, users can opt-out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting and learn more at www.aboutads.info/choices and https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads

This Website may also use “Call Source” numbers

This website may also use 3rd party service like Call Rail to identify which marketing source resulted in a phone call to our office made to the phone number(s) listed on our website or phone numbers listed in ads on Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL, etc. When a caller makes a call to a call source tracking number, standard callerID information is passed onto the 3rd party Service and made available to us. In addition, information such as the keyword used and other data related to the ad that was clicked may also be provided to us. Callers wishing to minimize the information passed on to the service may block callerID information prior to making the call or may instead of calling, contact us using the online request form on our web site.
